In North Carolina, your restaurant or food service establishment can get a 2 point bonus on its next health inspection grade when you or one of your full time employees completes at least 12 class hours and passes the ServSafe® Food Protection Manager exam! Raise-The-Grade holds regularly scheduled ServSafe® classes throughout NC that meet the NC requirements. (*Note: NC requires recertification every three years and verification of your hours of training by a certified instructor.)
