About Raise The Grade

Continued growth in the hospitality and food services industry has brought more restaurants and lodging options to our communities than ever could have been imagined a decade ago. Responding to this growth, Hospitality Education Services was formed to offer ServSafe® food safety & sanitation as well as ServSafe Alcohol® certification to all types of foodservice operations throughout North Carolina and beyond.  In addition to the food safety and responsible alcohol service classes, H.E.S.(dba Raise-the-Grade) also offers both scheduled and surprise audits for food service operations as well as on site ServSafe Starters classes for line level employees. 

Experience

Locations

Regularly scheduled classes in centralized NC locations are offered in:  Asheville, Blowing Rock/Boone, Charlotte, Concord, Durham, Fayetteville, Gastonia, Greensboro, Matthews, Mooresville, Raleigh, Greenville, Salisbury, and Winston Salem. Check out our current class schedule!
