Find a ServSafe Alcohol Class in NCThe Raise-The-Grade ServSafe Alcohol™ responsible alcohol service training gives restaurant and foodservice industry managers and employees the knowledge, confidence and tools to think and react successfully and responsibly when serving and selling alcoholic beverages. 

This four hour ServSafe Alcohol™ certification course includes

  • instructor led training
  • the Fundamentals of Responsible Alcohol Service book, and
  • exam administration

(Note:  Many liability insurance companies offer discounts on premiums if a food service operation has staff that are trained in responsible alcohol service.)
