ServSafe® Class Registration: The class registration includes 2 days of user friendly, informative, upbeat food safety & sanitation training, a class packet (which includes informational handouts and various learning aids), and exam administration. Pens, pencils, and highlighters are also available for each student. This class meets the NC requirements to earn the extra 2 points on health inspection grades!
Class Materials: It is necessary that each student have a ServSafe® Essentials 5th Edition book and official ServSafe® scantron exam answer sheet for class. These can be purchased along with the class registration, see the "Registration Options" below.
Class Time: 8:30-5:00pm each day with the exam administered at 3pm on the second day.
