The newly approved ABC Rule changes will take effect on April 1, 2011.  Many thanks to the North Carolina Restaurant & Lodging Association as well as those who served on the NC Licensed Beverage Council for getting these long awaited changes made.  Click on this link to see a list of all the changes.
