ServSafe Alcohol Certification
The Raise-The-Grade ServSafe Alcohol™ responsible alcohol service training gives restaurant and foodservice industry managers and employees the knowledge, confidence and tools to think and react successfully and responsibly when serving and selling alcoholic beverages.
(Note: Many liability insurance companies offer discounts on premiums if the operation has staff that are certified in responsible alcohol service.)
This four hour ServSafe Alcohol™ certification course can be done in two ways:
Online Training - With this option the student will access the official online course and be able complete the training at their own pace and schedule. The purchase of the online ServSafe Alcohol training from Raise-the-Grade includes the proctor of the official exam. Once the student finishes the online course, just contact us to schedule the exam proctor. Onsite Training - With this option a Raise-the-Grade instructor would come to your location and conduct an in person ServSafe Alcohol training for all of your staff at a time that best suits your needs. It would include:
- instructor led training
- the Fundamentals of Responsible Alcohol Service book, and
- exam administration
